Hi! I'm Stefanie -- a certified coach with lived experience of dieting and restriction, binge eating, and body image anxiety.
You're in the right place if you struggle with food chaos, feeling trapped in your own body, or swinging between control and rebellion. You aren't broken or beyond help. It means that something needs attention.
My approach is about addressing the fear, the habits, and the nervous system patterns underneath the symptoms. The goal is to finally feel safe with food, in your body (and really within your Self) so you can stop micromanaging your food and live inside your actual life.

1:1 Coaching
1:1 coaching combines Zoom sessions with Monday–Friday WhatsApp access so you have personalized guidance both in and between calls. We’ll work with the physiological, psychological, and emotional foundations of recovery in a personalized context.

Courses
Structured programs that provide concepts in a relatable way alongside of practical tools. Courses are currently offered as self-study with mixed media resources including videos, worksheets, and audios. Course topics include food, body image, & nervous system.

The Cocoon
The Cocoon is a supportive space filled with recovery resources you can return to again and again. Inside you’ll find mini-courses, meditations, and somatic tools, with fresh content and guest interviews added regularly. Live support meetings are included, giving you the option to connect when it feels helpful.

I've been exactly where you are—trapped in the cycles of binge eating, scrambling to "fix it", and feeling completely overwhelmed with it all. With my lived experience and professional background in neuroscience, somatic therapy, and human development, I’ve helped hundreds of people get out of the hamster wheel and finally feel an internal sense of ease and stability.
